Refund and Returns Policy
Because Barrel Aruba sells alcoholic beverages, returns are limited. This policy explains when a refund, replacement, or return may be possible.
Final sale items
Opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded. For safety, authenticity, and quality reasons, we also cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or stored improperly after receipt.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong bottle, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order details and clear photos of the bottle, packaging, and issue.
Eligible solutions
Depending on the situation and product availability, Barrel Aruba may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Unopened returns
Unopened returns may be considered only with prior approval from Barrel Aruba. The bottle must be sealed, in original condition, and suitable for resale. Delivery or collection costs may apply.
Cancellations before delivery
If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders can usually be cancelled before they are dispatched or prepared for delivery.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another agreed method. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be refused when the wrong delivery details were provided, the recipient was unavailable, legal age could not be confirmed, the product was opened, or the issue was reported too late to verify.
